Why remote assistance
Remote assistance allows us to help you remotely. By logging into your computer, smartphone or tablet remotely, we can troubleshoot WordPress problems and perform actions while you watch.
How it works
Click the button below to download the required software. Then open the downloaded installation file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Once that is complete, launch the software. You will then be presented with a 9-digit access code. Please provide this code to us so we can log in remotely.
Remote assistance rate
Because analyzing problems and coming up with solutions takes time, we charge for the use of remote assistance in most cases. The cost is € 14,- without tax per 15 minutes. Do you have a WordPress care plan? Then much of our work is included and costs you nothing extra.
