We collect personal data when you purchase one of our services. We need this data for billing purposes and to enable the use of services. To do this, we ask for your company name, name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We also ask for your payment information in order to bill you for the services you have purchased. In addition, we also collect data when you subscribe to our email newsletter, request a quote or ask a question via the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

What data do we collect

We collect contact information such as your name, company name, address, phone number, email address, bank information and IP address. In addition, we collect information about previous orders and use of our services. We also keep records of when and what we talked to you about. If you send us an e-mail, your name, e-mail address, IP address and the content of the conversation will be stored.

Why do we collect personal data

We process personal data to provide our services, to create an account, to bill you, and to answer and follow up on questions, changes and any problems related to our services and software. We also store traffic and location data such as your IP address to allow you to safely use our services, prevent fraud and resolve complaints.

Provision of data to third parties

Your data will never be shared with other parties or entities to the extent not necessary for the performance of our services. We will only release your personal data without your consent if required by law or if there is sufficient evidence that it is necessary to comply with the laws or legal provisions as they apply to our company, software, our website and to protect and defend the rights or property of our company, website and software, and in urgent cases to protect the personal safety of our relations, website or the public. Releases of personal information will be released only after careful consideration with interested party.

How do we secure your data

We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or publication, alteration or destruction. Within our company, data is stored on servers with password protection, two-step verification (2FA) and limited access. Your data is stored and processed in the Netherlands. Backups of personal data are additionally stored encrypted in certified data centers in the Netherlands, Germany and Ireland.

Inspection, correction and the right to be forgotten

As an existing relationship, you can access your personal environment on our website and view your data with your relationship number and password. If your data in our records contains inaccuracies, you can have them changed. You can also indicate here whether you wish to be kept informed by e-mail about important information in relation to the services you have purchased and our services.

You have the right to be forgotten. You can ask us, after identification, to remove your data from our customer database. In certain situations, we cannot comply with your request. For example, we are required to keep financial information for 7 years. If we cannot comply with your request, we will inform you of the reason.

CloudFlare DNS and Bunny.net security

To protect our website and underlying systems against online security risks, DNS traffic is routed through Cloudflare and Bunny.net. Cloudflare and Bunny.net do not collect any data that could identify visitors to our website. The traffic data is stored by Cloudflare and Bunny.net on servers located outside the Netherlands. We have not given Cloudflare or Bunny.net permission to share this data with third parties, unless required by law or insofar as third parties process the data on behalf of Cloudflare or Bunny.net.

Email newsletter

Periodically we send a newsletter by e-mail that keeps relations and interested parties informed of the latest developments regarding our services. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link that allows you to unsubscribe directly.

For sending our e-newsletter, we use Brevo. The subscriber file is stored by Brevo on servers within the European Union on our own servers as well as on Google Cloud. We have not allowed Brevo to provide the subscriber file to third parties. Brevo may provide the subscriber file to third parties only if Brevo is legally required to do so.

Third party websites

Our website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Our privacy policy does not apply to those websites. We bear no responsibility whatsoever of the accessibility and content of these websites and the handling of your personal data by these third parties. You should therefore always read the privacy policy of the website you visit.

Changes

Based on new developments, the texts of this website and the privacy policy may be changed, for example in the context of new laws and regulations. It is therefore recommended that you consult our privacy policy on a regular basis.
