At WP 24×7 Support, we place great importance on clarity and reliability. You want to know exactly what to expect: how we work, which steps we take together with you, and what costs are involved. That’s why we are happy to explain our approach and rates in a clear and transparent way.
How we work
Our approach is simple and straightforward. You can contact us by phone or through the contact form, after which we make an initial analysis of your request. In many cases, we can schedule an appointment right away to carry out the work. Sometimes additional research is required; in that case, you will receive a plan of action within 24 hours, including the associated costs. We do not charge for this initial analysis and plan.
Only in the case of very extensive webshops may a more in-depth analysis be necessary beforehand. Should this involve any costs, we will always communicate this clearly in advance.
Our rates
Our rates are based on the time required to carry out tasks, develop solutions, or perform programming work.
On weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 our rate is € 64 per hour excluding VAT. During weekends, the rate is € 74 per hour excluding VAT. For work in the evening (17:00 to 23:00), the rate is € 84 per hour excluding VAT, and during the night (23:00 to 09:00), € 104 per hour excluding VAT.
Payment terms
For existing clients of WP 24×7 Support, payment afterwards is possible. Have you not worked with us before? In that case, you will receive an invoice in advance. As soon as the payment has been made, we will immediately get to work for you. In certain cases, it is also possible to pay afterwards. We do, however, request a 50% deposit so that we can begin your assignment with mutual confidence.
